That’s the answer Donald Trump gave this weekend when asked if he’d uphold the Constitution.
Not yes. Not even maybe. Just “I don’t know.”
Let that sink in. The President of the United States refuses to commit to defending the very Constitution he swore to uphold.
Our entire system of government is built on a shared belief in the Constitution, and when the President shrugs off that sacred duty with an “I don’t know,” he’s not just dodging a question — he’s signaling a willingness to dismantle the rule of law itself.
