But because her family immigrated to the U.S., everything changed.



My mom’s pursuit of the American Dream catapulted me in a direction she would
have never thought possible for anyone in her family.



My name is Gabe Evans. I flew Black Hawk helicopters as a U.S. Army officer in
the Middle East, then served as a police lieutenant in Colorado.



After more than 20 years in public service, I decided to run for Congress — to
take a stand against the socialist Left.



As a Hispanic Republican, a combat vet, and a cop from a family of Mexican
immigrants, I knew what I was up against.



I said ENOUGH to the illegal immigration and socialist policies that were
destroying my state.
