[1]Eugene Vindman for Congress
I’m outraged.
Donald Trump was asked earlier this week if he’s required to uphold the Constitution as president, and his response was, "I don’t know."
Let’s be clear: In three words, Trump just admitted to not caring about upholding the Constitution.
Outraged is an understatement. Upholding the Constitution should be seen as the absolute minimum requirement for a president. It is not optional; it is a fundamental duty.
Trump’s job is to execute laws faithfully and preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution. And he is failing. Not by accident, but because every day in office, he is choosing to ignore his oath and the promises he made to the American people.
Trump must be held accountable — and I am not afraid to be the one to do it. I did it before when I blew the whistle on him for attempting to extort our ally, Ukraine, and will do it again — to defend our Constitution, democracy, and the American people.
But Trump has not lost his taste for vengeance, and he and his MAGA cronies have been using every weapon in their arsenal to attack me and remove me from office.
So I need you with me if I am going to continue this fight.
What do you say? Will you please contribute to my campaign today to help me continue fighting against Trump and his defiance of our Constitution?
