Yesterday, a federal judge ruled that the North Carolina State Board of Elections must certify Allison Riggs’ victory - a huge win for voters and for democracy.

But let’s be clear: this was never about process. It was about power and a refusal to accept the will of the people. Sadly, we know this won’t be the last time we see these desperate attempts to silence women and voters.

That’s why we’re getting ready now. We’re busy recruiting and training pro-choice, progressive women to run in 2025, 2026 and beyond.
