The Wyoming Water and Waste Advisory Board (WWAB) will meet on June 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. virtually via Zoom and in person at the Herschler Building Conference Room W052, 122 W 25th St, Cheyenne, WY 82002, Cheyenne, WY 82001, to consider revisions to Water Quality Rules, Chapter 4, Regulations for Releases of Oil and Hazardous Substances into Waters of the State of Wyoming. The proposed Chapter 4 revisions (1) clarify existing requirements; (2) update references; (3) remove passages that are restatements of the Wyoming Statutes; (4) add a new passage to require remediation to levels identified in Department guidance; (5) add a new section that identifies the information incorporated by reference in accordance with W.S. § 16-3-103(h); and (6) correct formatting and numbering throughout the chapter.
