Trump is using the current crisis to ramp up his attacks on journalists of color.
 
He was already condemned by the National Association of Black Journalists after calling White House Correspondent Yamiche Alcindor “nasty” and “threatening,” and responding to a question from Alcindor about his pandemic response by interrupting her to ask her why “you people” don’t act more positively toward him.
 
Maybe Trump is angry that 75% of black Americans view him unfavorably -- but that’s no excuse for tweets like the one below.
