Our recent survey found that a majority of parents are concerned about their children getting enough exercise this summer with sports teams and summer programs canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
That's why Save the Children created #SAVEWITHSPORTS: an online resource center where families can join their favorite sports figures and athletes for workouts, drills, fitness tips and pep talks – at home and anytime. Next up in our series is a yoga class with Leo Zen, a distinguished celebrity yoga instructor and ballet artist:
Leo Zen trained at the School of American Ballet in New York City. At age 17, Leo became the youngest male member in American Ballet theatre History. Leo has danced with the Joffrey Ballet, English National Ballet, and Les Ballets De Mone Carlo. Leo has created his own style of yoga – ZENCIEL, and has a yoga studio in West Hollywood, California. His celebrity clients include Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, Bill Murray, Ana Beatriz Barros, Ashton Kutcher and Novak Djokovic.
