His response: “I don’t know.”
Second: Are all people in the United States entitled to due process of law, a right guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment?

This is not a warning about the future. It is a crisis that is upon us. Trump, now well into his second term, swore an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution. Yet he now tells us he doesn’t know if he is bound by that oath.
