Mark your calendars for our general body meeting Monday of next week at Crystal Lake -- this will be our final conversation regarding endorsements for the June primary, and we will also hear from candidates for Public Advocate. A couple weeks ago, we sent endorsement questionnaires to all the Democratic candidates for the mayoral and comptroller race. We received responses from six mayoral candidates and two comptroller candidates. You can view the responses as a spreadsheet here ([link removed]) or pdf here ([link removed]) . Make sure to read in advance of our next meeting & endorsement votes!
BYD Constitutional Amendments
Please review our proposed constitutional amendments ([link removed]) , which will allow BYD to pursue ranked endorsements in ranked choice voting elections. Make sure to bring thoughts and questions to our upcoming general body meeting, during which we'll vote on these amendments!
