friend,

Calling all George Mason University students! Only 3 days left until applications for the paid, student organizing fellowship at GMU are due!

George Mason University has more Koch-funded programs on its campus than any other school in the country. It is complicit in helping the wealthy elite pursue a racist, harmful agenda that has halted action on climate change, put hundreds of thousands of people in prison, and de-funded public education nationwide for decades. Through this fellowship, Mason students will have a unique opportunity to disrupt Koch’s political strategy at its core while inspiring action on other campuses nationwide.

Applications are only being accepted until Sunday, June 14th!

The goal of the fellowship is to agitate and activate student-driven and community-supported power to achieve the removal of all Koch-funded research centers from George Mason University’s campus. Students will be mentored in applying an anti-oppressive analysis to a campus campaign, building relational power on and off campus, and expanding their research and media skills.

Did we mention it’s a PAID fellowship?? Apply by Sunday (June 14th) at midnight!

In Solidarity,

Samantha Parsons, Campaign Director

UnKoch My Campus is a cooperative campaign dedicated to disrupting corporate influence on campuses nationwide by equipping campus activists with education, skills, and ecosystems of solidarity. The Koch network is leveraging its donations to colleges and universities to bolster its corporate agenda to halt action on climate change, put hundreds of thousands of people in prison, deny millions of people healthcare, and strip rights and wages from workers globally. We're building a mass movement of young people who are dedicated to disrupting this harm.
