May 5th!

Today marks the 5th day of the 5th month of the year, so we thought we’d

 1. The Republican Senate majority is extremely slim. But it’s an arduous
path to flip the Senate that requires protecting seats in states like
Georgia, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Michigan. And it would mean
picking up four seats from Republicans. We can do this,

Senate Democrats' campaign arm, Adam is working every day to help
Democrats flip Senate seats blue during next year’s midterm elections.
 2. The Senate is our best line of defense to put a check on Trump’s
agenda. At every turn, Senate Republicans have refused to stand up to
Trump’s extreme and corrupt agenda — which is why we need to elect
Democratic Senators who will. A Democratic Senate majority will fight
to hold the Trump administration accountable, stop Trump from slashing
critical services like Social Security and Medicaid, and stand up to
Trump’s lawlessness.
 3. While Trump attacks Adam for holding him accountable, Adam is fighting
back. Trump has attacked Adam more times than we can count, but Adam
refuses to be silenced by anyone. He’s going to continue defending our
democracy and calling out this administration for its attacks against
the rule of law.
 4. But it takes a lot to stand up to the MAGA army. Adam has been the
target of GOP anger for years, and they’re showing no signs of slowing
down. That’s why Adam counts on folks like you to stand with him as he
works to hold this administration accountable.

running for Senate because he wanted his work to be powered by
everyday folks like you — not the wealthy and powerful he’s working to
