• DCYF Bulletin 25-68-06 Implementing Child Care Assistance Program Centralized Provider Registration On April 28, 2025, the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Provider Support Team will manage CCAP child care provider registration, renewals, and changes.
