We continue to be impressed by the number of Principles First'ers coming together at our local events and the energy you bring to this effort.

At our recent event in Chicago, our Founder, Heath Mayo, told the crowd:

"As we see a President flipping sides in our foreign policy by kowtowing to Putin and leaving Ukraine out to dry, raising tariffs on our allies and throwing the global economy into chaos - it's causing many in our country to worry that the ideas and principles that make America America are really what's at stake. Set aside Democrat, Republican - it's really not about parties at this point, it's about what the country is and what the country ought to be. That's what Principles First is all about. And so, if that's how you feel, it's how we feel - and I want you to know tonight that you have found your people."

Despite the ongoing chaos in Washington, the Principles First community remains focused on championing our shared principles at the grassroots level -- and it's working! As we continue to gather and find our people, our ranks are steadily growing around the country and each day more people hear our principled message. This is how we will win.

So please join us at one of our upcoming events or get involved in your community to help us continue to grow the Principles First movement and save our country.
Next up: New York City
Register for NYC

Join Principles First as we focus on the challenge of public corruption and the collective defense of the rule of law in the United States. This gathering will occur in the Grand Ballroom of the Yale Club in New York City on the evening of Thursday, May 8th from 6pm-8:30pm EST. Doors open at 6pm.

The evening will begin with a welcome reception followed by formal programming.

This timely and important discussion will examine the erosion of democratic principles, the rise of public corruption, and the role of legal institutions in upholding the rule of law. The evening will feature a keynote conversation with Mimi Rocah, former Westchester County District Attorney, and Preet Bharara, former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. We will also honor the principled stand of associates who recently resigned in the wake of their respective firms’ capitulation to the Trump administration—individuals who chose integrity over complicity—followed by a panel discussion with associates Brenna Frey and Sam Wong in a conversation moderated by NYU Law professor, Rick Pildes.
