The Texas Women’s Privacy Act, SB 240, successfully passed out of the Texas Senate a few weeks ago but now it sits in the House State Affairs Committee where it has yet to have a hearing. The House bill, HB 239, has not had a hearing either! Time is running out! Ask House State Affairs Committee members to hold a hearing for SB 240, The Texas Women’s Privacy Act!
