My name's Carrie, and I'm the new Finance Director for Stoney for RVA. I can't tell you how excited I am to be a part of Team Stoney and to work with all of you.
Richmond is my hometown, and I joined this team because I know Mayor Stoney is the right person to continue leading the city forward.
For the past few months, Mayor Stoney has been hard at work making sure our community receives the support, supplies, and relief it needs. Now, he's collaborating with movement leaders to get to work dismantling the harmful systems that have held Richmonders and our city back for too long.
There is still so much Mayor Stoney has planned to make Richmond the greatest place it can be – a city that works for everyone. Part of my job is making sure the Mayor has the resources he needs to keep fighting for all of us.

When the governor reopened Virginia, Mayor Stoney took the lead and called for an extension to prioritize safety and recovery. When the cry for justice rang through our city, the Mayor listened and is committed to comprehensive reforms.
Together, we have been through a lot already this year. And through it all, Mayor Stoney has risen to each and every new challenge. He's not done leading our city forward.
