As a Californian (and a former frontline Democrat), I know a thing or two about close elections.
A key example: my friend and colleague, Representative TJ Cox of California's 21st District. He flipped a seat in 2018, but the race was close -- so close, in fact, that his victory wasn't announced until three weeks after Election Day. This cycle, TJ is the only House Democrat in California representing a "tossup" district. This is going to be one of the most competetive races in the entire state.
TJ is going to need our support to win again. Will you send a contribution his way to help? [[link removed]]
TJ won his seat from an entrenched Republican. That's no small thing. But his 2018 opponent is back to try and put his seat back in Republican hands.
We can't let that happen. Stand with us -- stand with TJ -- and make your contribution today. [[link removed]]
Thanks for keeping an eye on this close race. We're in this together and I'm glad to have you on the team.
Be well,
Ami
