Four months ago Susan Collins said she thought that Trump learned a “pretty big lesson” from the impeachment trial.

It’s increasingly clear that Collins either had the wool pulled over her eyes or willfully stuck her head in the sand. Either is unacceptable.

The only lesson Donald Trump has learned in the last few months is that Susan Collins and the Senate Republicans will do absolutely nothing to hold him accountable. Since February he has:

*Fired tear gas on peaceful protesters for a photo op;
*Accused a hospitalized 75-year-old protestor of being involved in a terrorist plot;
*Completely bungled the nation’s response to the coronavirus pandemic;
*Threatened American lives by declaring "when the looting starts, the shooting starts";
*Vengefully fired Inspectors General involved in the impeachment process;
*Encouraged Americans to ingest disinfectant;
*Celebrated the “strong economy” with over 13 million Americans out of work.

We would keep going, but there are just too many incredible statements and scandals to list.

We need to win back the White House AND the Senate this November. Help us do both by winning Maine.
