Texas has just achieved the greatest victory for educational freedom in American history -- and Accuracy in Media played a crucial role in this success.

Thanks to this new school choice law, parents will finally have more freedom to choose where they send their children to school.  Previously, Texas was ranked just 31st in the nation for school choice, according to the Heritage Foundation.  Now, approximately 11% of all schoolchildren stand to benefit from educational freedom.

Your support was critical in helping secure this win for Texas families.

AIM’s undercover hidden-camera investigations revealed that public school administrators across the state were openly defying Texas laws regarding critical race theory and transgender athletes.

These investigations spurred the Texas government to act.

AIM’s work was so prolific it garnered tens of millions of dollars in earned media while the school choice bill was being debated.  One investigation received 9.9 million views on Twitter within 48 hours of being posted.  AIM’s investigations were so compelling, they even received direct responses from Gov. Greg Abbott – twice.  Abbott was later joined by Elon Musk, who was wowed by the investigation.

Not only that, but Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton opened his own investigations into four school districts featured in AIM’s investigations (Dallas ISD, Irving ISD, Richardson ISD, and Hutto ISD) and took legal action against two of them (Coppell ISD and Dallas ISD).

As a result of AIM’s investigations, four administrators who were caught flagrantly violating Texas laws were fired.

We kept the momentum going and pressure on legislators by bringing Riley Gaines to the Texas Capitol to push for school choice.

Now, millions of American families will benefit from AIM’s work.

In liberty,

P.S. While this is a historic win for Texas, we still have more work to go to achieve school choice across America. Please support our efforts to expose corrupt, lying public school administrators across the country.
