We've been warning you - the Deep State will do whatever it takes to undermine the conservative agenda. But now something is being done about it.

Attorney General Bill Barr has announced that some "familiar names" are under investigation. He's detailed how the Comey-led investigation was "spring-loaded" to go after the President and "ignored all the exculpatory evidence."

These are serious accusations. It's unnerving.

Now, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee has been authorized to issue subpoenas for as many as 53 Deep State actors and Obama Administration officials to get to the bottom of what has happened.

And TODAY, the judge – who is now almost like a party in the case against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn – will be required to defend his perplexing actions before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

At the ACLJ, we're directly engaged in each of these matters. We've filed numerous lawsuits against the Deep State FBI and intelligence community.
