Our candidate, Fiona Kotvojs, has had a strong start to the campaign.
But history is against us.
It has been 100 years since a government has a won a seat from an opposition at a by-election.
Labor has boasted about raising more than $100,000 for this campaign from online donations so far. And we don’t have the support of Labor's large union backers.
Fiona Kotvojs has a proven record of supporting her community and, if elected, will be a strong local voice working within the Government to get things done.
