 Friend, I’m taking Donald Trump to court (again) to challenge his chaotic, illegal tariffs. The International Emergency Economic Powers Act allows the President to impose tariffs only in the face of an “unusual and extraordinary threat." But there is no international emergency that justifies Trump’s tariffs. The bottom line is, tariffs are subject to Congressional authority, not the arbitrary whims of Donald Trump.
