The Bipartisan Policy Center's American Congressional Exchange program brings together Congress members of different parties by helping them visit each other's districts. This helps members build bonds and work together to bring about important change for the American people. Of course, one of the first to sign up was retired Air Force Brigadier General and With Honor-endorsed Rep. Don Bacon.
