John, the future of care is shaped by care advocates like you and me.

That’s why we’re so excited to welcome 100 changemakers to our 2025 Care Fellowship cohort.

After a record-breaking number of applications, this year’s Fellowship welcomes in 100 people from 5 states across the country, including:

* Participants that span 4 generations
* 67 are caregivers, 5 are care recipients, and 28 are both
* 83% of whom identify as people of color
* 35% of whom identify as disabled
* 27% of whom identify as LGBTQ+

Together, this group of Care Fellows will embark on a four-month leadership development program that offers caregivers and care recipients training in community organizing, strategic communications, policy, advocacy, and culture change to build power and fight for the care we all need and deserve.

As a participant in the first Fellowship cohort back in 2019, I am so proud of how far the program has come. We received an overwhelming amount of interest and support for the program this year, and our impact continues to grow.

The Fellowship program kicked off earlier this month, and we’re so excited to learn, strategize, and build alongside our 2025 Care Fellows. We know these incredible caregivers and care recipients will help us protect Medicaid, expand access to care in our country, and more! We can change the future of care together, and these Fellows will help lead the way.
