John,

So much happened in April, some inspiring, some infuriating, all of it a reminder of just how much is at stake right now.

Through every moment, one thing kept me grounded: knowing that you were with me. Your faith in this fight gave me the strength to keep pushing forward.

I love this country. I believe in its potential, but I won’t pretend everything is okay — because it’s not.

Donald Trump spent every single one of his first hundred days in office undermining the rule of law and chipping away at the foundations of our democracy. I expect May to be no different. We’ve seen this playbook before. He’ll attack institutions, spread falsehoods, and try to twist the system for his own gain.

That’s why I’m more committed than ever to standing up for the truth, for accountability, and for a vision of America that includes all of us — not just the powerful and well-connected.

But this fight isn’t easy, and it’s not cheap. I need your help to stay ahead. If you’re able, I hope you’ll consider making a contribution today to help us get a strong start to May >> [link removed]

Thank you again for everything you’ve done,

Chris Coons
