Friend, I know this moment is scary.
Jobs here in Michigan are being threatened. Grocery bills are getting higher every month. Everything from cars to housing is more expensive than ever.
Donald Trump is single-handedly causing ALL of this with his reckless and pointless tariffs, and Republicans in the Senate have shown us that they aren’t willing to lift a finger to stop him.
To truly put an end to Trump’s disastrous agenda, we have to take back the Senate for Democrats, and experts predict that the majority will likely be decided by our race in Michigan. I’m running to become Michigan’s next senator because I’ve met a moment like this before – I know what it takes to get our economy back on track.
During the Great Recession in 2008, I worked alongside President Obama to save the auto industry and stabilize our economy. In the end, we helped save 200,000 Michigan jobs.
During my time in Congress, I’ve continued to fight like hell for Michigan workers, Michigan jobs, and Michigan families. You better believe I’ll keep doing exactly that in the Senate.
But I’ve got a tough road ahead. The Cook Political Report has already ranked this race as a “Toss Up,” which means the GOP is coming after me as a TOP target for defeat. They dumped nearly $80 million into Michigan’s last Senate race, and they could spend even more this time around.
