Thanks to our hard work, HB25-1312: The Kelly Loving Act passed the Colorado Senate Judiciary Committee late last night in a party-line vote 5-2. But we're not out of the woods yet.

Now, so-called "moderate" Democratic State Senators are trying to prevent the bill from being voted on by the whole Senate in an attempt to quietly kill the bill.

As the fascist Republikkkan Party continues to escalate attacks on trans life, we cannot allow cowardly "moderates" and their lobbyist backers to get away with forestalling vital legal protections for transgender people.
