April Business of the Month: Pam's Boutique
BOM [ [link removed] ]
The Village of Oswego and the Economic Development Commission are proud to recognize Pam’s Boutique as the April 2025 Business of the Month.
For 40 years, Pam’s Boutique has been a cornerstone of downtown Oswego, offering expert haircuts, styling, perms, and color treatments. What began in 1985 with just 18 clients during its first week has grown into a thriving local business that now serves 70–100 clients each week, including fourth-generation customers — a true testament to the trust and loyalty Pam’s Boutique has earned over the decades.
Owner Pam Weaver, a lifelong Oswego resident, has built a talented team that has been instrumental in the boutique’s success. Longtime team members include Diana, who joined in 1986; Jenny, with 28 years of service; and Jennifer, celebrating her 10th anniversary with the team this year.
In addition to their commitment to clients, Pam’s Boutique is an active supporter of local civic organizations, regularly donating raffle baskets to the Oswegoland Senior Center and participating in community food and toy drives.
Pam’s Boutique’s dedication to excellence, community involvement, and personalized service make it a deserving recipient of this month’s honor. Please join us in congratulating Pam Weaver, her team, and Pam’s Boutique on four decades of outstanding service to the Oswego community.
