As millions of American livelihoods go up in smoke, oil and gas companies are sitting pretty.

The Trump administration has given more than half of them a bailout, while helping only 38% of small businesses during this crisis.

And on April 21, when we lost a record number of Americans to the pandemic, Donald Trump tweeted:

“We will never let the great U.S. Oil & Gas Industry down” and promised to “make funds available” to them.
