Team, Kentucky is ready for change—and a big change is brewing in Kentucky’s 6th District, where my friend and fellow Marine Josh Hicks is running neck-and-neck with Andy Barr. You might remember Barr and his record of doing the bidding of corporate special interests. (He also happens to be Mitch McConnell’s former intern—small world...)
But there’s bad news for Andy Barr: In KY-06, which some call the “swing district” of Kentucky, just 30% of voters approve of Mitch, and 58% disapprove. The McConnell playbook of putting partisan politics ahead of people has failed Kentucky, leaving both Mitch and his former interns vulnerable.
I’m so proud to support Josh in this race, and all signs point to the fact that he can win. Today, will you chip in to help Josh win his race and give Kentucky’s 6th District a leader who’ll put Kentuckians first?

As a proud son of rural Fleming County, Josh is focused on making sure Kentuckians from every corner of our state can access quality health care, broadband internet, and other essential services they need, during and beyond this pandemic.
I can’t wait to see Josh represent my home district in Congress. But just like my race, his will be an uphill battle. Mitch McConnell’s dark money machine will swing into action to defend Andy Barr, just like they came to his rescue two years ago. Helping Josh win will take a huge grassroots effort.
But this new poll shows Josh can win this. If you can, chip in today to support Josh, and let’s elect one more leader who’ll put Kentucky first:
