Social Security beneficiaries have complained that it’s even harder to obtain assistance on SSA’s telephone line, on the website or at the shrinking number of SSA offices. And the agency’s website has crashed several times in the past month, preventing beneficiaries from accessing their accounts. |
The Trump Administration’s policies favor Medicare Advantage (MA) plans over traditional Medicare. Yet, a recent report found MA plans, the privatized (taxpayer-funded) alternative to traditional Medicare, were denying thousands of legitimate claims by Medicare beneficiaries and refusing to authorize reasonable medical procedures. |

The attacks on seniors’ benefits are unrelenting.
