JACKSONVILLE, FL – New images have been released of a man wanted after police say he slashed an officer in the throat. Police are asking for help in identifying a man who they say attacked an officer in downtown Jacksonville on May 30 (video below).

Officer down: Deputy shot in the face; ambushed by suspect hiding out near department
PASO ROBLES, CA – Around 3:15am on Wednesday, a San Louis Obispo County deputy was shot near the Paso Robles station on 10th Street.
Paso Robles Police Chief Ty Lewis said that the incident started when a dispatcher monitoring the department’s security cameras advised officers that there was a suspicious person walking around the building. The dispatcher saw him start shooting. ** Read More. ([link removed])
