My campaign just received another fantastic endorsement—this time from the Puget Sound Police Managers Association! I’m always thrilled to receive endorsements from across my district, but it is especially meaningful when our law enforcement heroes and first responders—who put their lives on the line protecting our community—are willing to stand with me. These are the endorsements I’m most honored to receive.

I’m proud to announce that my reelection campaign can add the endorsement of the Puget Sound Police Managers Association to that of former King County Sheriff Dave Reichert, the Seattle Police Officers Guild, the mayors of all 9 cities in my district, and many more. They’ve got my back because they know I’ll always have theirs.

* When the defund, disparage, and disarm the police movement took hold in Seattle, I was one of the few legislators in our region willing to fight back.
* When the Executive tried to close our only youth jail, I wrote and successfully passed legislation to keep it permanently open.
