We are only three months into the Second Trump Administration and the status quo could not be more clear.  The legacy media fix is in and the major news networks have covered the President and his policies negatively 92% of the time, according to the Media Research Center.  The MRC reviewed 900 news stories and found that not only was coverage of policies like immigration, tariffs and the economy overwhelmingly negative but some personalities, like Defense Secretary Hegseth, got 100% negative coverage.

If anything is 100%, it is 100% lying from the major media outlets.

Take for example the very latest story that the Trump Administration has deported U.S. Citizen children, one of which was reported as a “four year old with cancer”. Here’s reality:  No children, or U.S. Citizens were deported. The Government doesn’t deport U.S. Citizens.  

What happened is Reachel Alexas Morales-Valle entered the United States illegally in 2013 and was ordered deported two years later, by a judge, after a hearing. In February of 2025, she was arrested for driving without a license or insurance and was deported to her native Honduras. She took both her children with her by choice. Twelve years it took to remove her from the United States.

We’ve been told by the media that tourism is “collapsing”, thanks to Trump trade policies. That foreigners don’t want to come to America, they hate us, say the media. Again, let’s review what’s real:

The outlet Fast Company said, “Angered by Trumps’ tariffs and rhetoric, and alarmed by reports of tourists being arrested at the border, some citizens of other countries are staying away from the U.S.“  Versus 2024, international arrivals to the United States were down 10% in March, but then rise back to normal for April…because Easter came late this year.  Arrivals were actually up over last year, over 150,000 daily and the media knows this.  They just lie.

It may be true that Canadians are booking less Summer trips to the U.S. this year, with reservations down 21%, but Argentineans have increased their U.S. travel by 39% and from Ireland by 11%.  Overall, tourism to the U.S, is down less than 2% and the season is early yet.

We are in a national transition right now and are told that Donald Trump is “collapsing our constitutional structure”, says crazed Senator Angus King of Maine. We did just enter a period of very slight economic retraction of 0.3 % in the first quarter of 2025.  We are told that Trump is “Cratering” to China and will lose the trade war, says Democrat Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.

However, in that same period, government spending is down 5%, national imports are racing up 43%, after tax income is up 2.7% and consumer spending is up 1.8%.  The stock market is exactly where it was last August, with the Dow north of 40,000.  

We know that because of constant media lying, public confidence in our society is slightly down.  Yet also we know that to make an omelet, Donald Trump is breaking a few lower-priced eggs.  Inflation is down to 2.4% from a high of 9.1% in 2022.  Illegal border crossings are down to 7,000 in March from 249,000 in December 2023.  As President Trump himself said, “Hang tough, it won’t be easy, but the end result will be historic.”
