Dear John, In a time when we so desperately need community, joy, and a reminder of the real-life superheroes fighting for our rights, last night’s Women of Vision Awards delivered just that. It was a profoundly powerful evening, bringing together activists, leaders, and supporters across generations, communities, and movements. We were so proud to celebrate our honorees, and to hear their stories. Leaders like Jeannette Pai-Espinosa of Justice + Joy National Collaborative – who has been fighting for and alongside girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth since the mid-70s – and Jenice Fountain of Yellowhammer Fund – who just led the organization through a successful legal challenge against the Alabama attorney general that allowed the fund to resume providing support to folks traveling for abortion care – remind us that resistance isn’t just necessary, it’s possible. At this moment in our history, grassroots leaders need our complete, unwavering support. And Ms. Foundation is committed to providing exactly that. Supporting Ms. Foundation means getting funds and resources into the hands of the leaders who are working on the ground to fight for justice, for democracy, for gender equity across the country. When you donate to Ms. Foundation, you’re helping us provide this support. If you’d like to make a gift, or didn’t get the chance to last night, you can do so here! It’s an honor and a privilege to be leading this organization, and to stand alongside and in support of leaders like the ones we celebrated at our 2025 Women of Vision Awards. We are ready for the fight ahead, and grateful to have you with us. Our power is joyful. Our power is inherent. And our power is collective. In solidarity, P.S. Check out photos from the event here! We'll be adding more in the coming days. |
