AFL Senior Counselor Ian Prior Puts Montgomery Co. School Board on Notice

AFL Senior Advisor, Ian Prior, joined Laura Ingraham on Fox News to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court hearing oral arguments in Mahmoud v. Taylor — a landmark case with major implications for parental rights.

AFL filed an amicus brief in this case earlier this year and has been fighting back against the woke school at the center of this case in cases of our own.

Paramount and CBS End Unlawful DEI Policies Following AFL’s Lawsuits

AFL secured an amicable resolution of a discrimination claim against Paramount and CBS for Brian Beneker, a “SEAL Team” writer, who was denied opportunities because he didn’t “check any diversity boxes.”

We will keep fighting to end unlawful DEI policies in entertainment and beyond.

Attorney General Pam Bondi Joins AFL’s Fight to Defend Adams County from Washington State’s Illegal and Dangerous Sanctuary Scheme

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a statement of interest in AFL’s lawsuit defending a local sheriff from Washington State’s illegal attempt to force local law enforcement to follow sanctuary policies that directly violate federal law and gravely threaten public safety.

The state’s brazen attack on a sheriff working to uphold the rule of law and protect his community from criminal illegal aliens is despicable, and it must not stand.

AFL Sues the Judicial Conference and the Administrative Office to Expose Leftist Lawfare and Enforce Oversight and Accountability

AFL sued the Judicial Conference of the United States and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to enforce lawful oversight, expose leftist lawfare, and deliver accountability.

We won’t stop fighting for the transparency and accountability the American people deserve.

Fox News: Paramount, CBS settle discrimination lawsuit over DEI policies punishing straight White males

“CBS and its parent company, Paramount Global… quietly settled another lawsuit alleging racial discrimination against straight, White male employees.

In 2024, former ‘SEAL Team’ script coordinator and writer Brian Beneker sued Paramount Global, CBS Entertainment, and CBS Studios for unlawful discrimination for repeatedly denying him career advancement based on his race, sex, and sexual orientation.”
