It’s been a MASSIVE month for running. And we’ve loved seeing all your stories, posts and photos - including everyone at the London Marathon, Brighton Marathon and London Landmarks Half Marathon.
Every single run helps us continue to provide our helpline and life-saving digital services. So, if you’ve taken part in or are gearing up for a run for CALM, thank you. We couldn't do what we do without you!
All this talk of running making you break into a sweat? And not the sporty kind. You’re not alone. We all know moving is good for our heads, but actually doing it. That’s a whole other story.
So how can you get active, even when you don’t want to? We’ve put together some tips to help you start small.
Tattoo-artist to the stars and CALM Ambassador Tal Brooker is taking on a challenge to raise awareness and support our life-saving services. And it’s a good one.
You’ve heard of marathons, maybe even telethons, but how about a tattoo-athon? 24 hours of tattooing over 2 days.
We’ve teamed up with Ultra X for some epic multi-day ultramarathons in some of the world’s most breathtaking locations.
You can run Rwanda or take on Tanzania in 2025, through stunning scenery and making memories that will last a lifetime. And you’ll be surrounded by a supportive community who’ll have your back every step of the way.
