Public Notice of Approved Amendment to the WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Energy Project; DEQ/ISC 24-03

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on March 17, 2025 from US SFR Owner, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project in Lincoln County. The Permittee requested to change the start of construction date to on or before September 30, 2025. The request was granted.

Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 24-03 on March 29, 2025 and April 12, 2025. The Director authorized the change on April 28, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
