15,000 children in Washington, has closed its regional office. Pierce County health services are being forced to scale back. Apple Health – the healthcare lifeline for thousands – is under threat. And over
40,000 South Sound households could have less access to food with cuts to the SNAP program on the horizon.
Make no mistake: these cuts are shameful, cruel, and we have to fight back.
We cannot allow billionaires like Elon Musk and the GOP allies of Trump to make choices that enrich the wealthiest at the expense of every single person in our community.
