This year, as we focus on how we can go beyond simple self-care and focus on building emotional resilience in ourselves and our communities, we are inviting you to play a much-needed role in our month-long Million in May fundraising initiative. Our goal is to raise one million dollars to ensure we continue making an impact on communities through advocacy, research, education and loss support programs, national public awareness campaigns, and so much more.

As you begin to reflect on what Mental Health Awareness Month means to you, TODAY is the perfect time to help us reach our million-dollar goal by giving just $135. It has been estimated that each individual death by suicide affects 135 people. By pledging this amount in honor of those affected and those we have lost, you can play an important role in making a difference.
