Fellow activist – This week marks 100 days since Trump took office, and if we have learned anything, it’s:

As Trump has worked to take a sledgehammer to critical programs, lay off thousands of federal employees, attack Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Access initiatives, severely damage our economy, threaten and actively deport U.S. citizens, defy our courts, and much more, the people of Pennsylvania are feeling the consequences. Trump made it abundantly clear from Day 1 that he would prioritize billionaires over the people, and he has stuck to that promise ever since.
But there is hope: NPP joined people across the state and nationwide to make our voices heard in the largest protests in our nation’s history. According to the Bay State Banner, the “Hands Off!” protests involved approximately 1,400 rallies with 4 million participants, spanning big cities to small towns and everything in between. And that doesn’t even include the incredible voter engagement work we have been doing to ensure voters are ready to turn out again in the upcoming critical judiciary elections in November. In addition, the affiliated organization, New PA Project Education Fund (NPPEF) has been on the ground across all five of our focused regions that now cover twenty counties assisting our centered communities in registering to vote.
Our democracy is in danger, and we cannot sit on the sidelines and let Trump and his regime undo decades of progress. We must join together to fight back.
