John — Tonight, we face our critical April end-of-month fundraising deadline, and with only hours to go until it closes, I am writing to ask:

Is there ANYTHING I can say to convince you to chip in $10, or whatever you can afford, to my campaign for Congress today?

What if I told you that Republicans are attacking me on all fronts? Trump and Elon Musk are coming after me on Twitter. Trump's unhinged MAGA cronies are targeting me in their retribution campaign in an attempt to push me out of Congress. And now, the National Republican Campaign Committee has launched attack ads against me.

What if I told you that Trump, Elon Musk, and their MAGA allies have been attacking me because I refuse to bow down to them and am speaking out against their oligarchic control, but it points a huge target on my back?

What if I reminded you that to defend our democracy from Trump's authoritarian agenda, I need support from you and this grassroots team to fuel our movement?

And what if I told you that with so little time left before our April fundraising deadline, we still need a few hundred folks from this team to chip in if we want to reach our goals before midnight?

What do you say?
