"'Go Tell Them Our Story.' That was the plea of a young Palestinian man when he learned I was from the United States. On that day, he was not allowed to get through the checkpoint so he could go to the mosque for prayer," says Al. Now that Al has returned to his home state of Illinois in the United States, he's been speaking to dozens of community groups to share what he witnessed in Palestine and why it is more urgent than ever to end the genocide and occupation of Palestine.

You're invited to join us for this special Zoom webinar on May 8 to hear first-hand what Al witnessed during the Community Peacemaker Teams delegation to the West Bank and how these stories can spur us to push for peace. People-to-people diplomacy, like the delegation that Al participated in, is vital for building cross-cultural ties and humanizing the "other."
