Hey Delaware,
I just celebrated my first 100 days as your newest United States Senator. For 100 days, I’ve met with Delawareans to hear about their stories. Over and over again, I’ve heard about the uncertainty caused by the Trump administration. I’ve heard the concern in people’s voices when we’re talking about the future of Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.
But it’s not just my first 100 days, it’s President Trump’s as well. Just last week, I had the opportunity to hold an in-person town hall with Senator Chris Coons, Representative Sarah McBride, Governor Matt Meyer, and Attorney General Kathy Jennings where hundreds of Delawareans gathered to tell us how the administration’s policies are impacting their lives.
I’m grateful to everyone who has shared their thoughts with me so far. But it’s important that your voices are always heard. Let me ask:
