Hi all!

First off, I want to thank everyone who contacted CO state senators yesterday in support of the eviction moratorium. They are hearing our voices, but the fight is not over. The Colorado Apartment Association is pushing hard to quash common-sense relief for tenants who are still burdened by months of back-rent due to the pandemic.

TODAY is the last day to fight for a 120-day extension of the eviction moratorium in Colorado! We need your support to contact state legislators again and impress the need to protect working families. The expanded federal unemployment benefits are about to expire -- without this extension, many thousands of CO renters will face eviction in the coming months.
