ACLU Supporter – we're coming up on 100 days since Donald Trump's inauguration.

That's 100 days of relentless attacks on immigrants, trans people, free speech, and more. Thanks to people like you, we've already filed over 100 legal actions (and counting!) – and we're not stopping. We're fighting back in Congress, in the courts, and in the streets to stop these attacks:

• We filed our first lawsuit just two hours after Trump attempted to deny birthright citizenship to babies born on U.S. soil, securing a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of this blatantly unconstitutional executive action.
• We've sued to prevent fast-track deportations, block Trump from sending immigrants to Guantánamo Bay, end the illegal use of the Alien Enemies Act, and to stop the administration's efforts to completely shut down asylum at the border.
• We've sued to protect gender-affirming medical care for trans youth and to ensure everyone can have accurate passports.
• We're fighting to defend students and scholars who have been detained and threatened with deportation for their constitutionally protected speech in support of Palestinian rights.
• And we're not just fighting in the courtroom. We've mobilized more than 260,000 supporters to contact Congress and demand that DOGE stop accessing our private information.

For the past 100 days, the Trump administration has abused its power to silence and punish people who disagree with it. President Trump's policies of cruelty are ripping families apart and harming millions – and we're putting everything we have into stopping them.

Thankfully, the ACLU was built for this moment. Trump may have been in office for 100 days now, but we have over 100 years of expertise to stop his attacks.
