THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BILL OF THE ENTIRE SESSION!!!

Dear supporters,

The Texas Women’s Privacy Act, SB 240 by Senator Mayes Middleton, protects women in their most vulnerable spaces that are intended to be separated based on sex (restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and more). The companion bill, HB 239, by Representative Valoree Swanson has over 80 Texas House members who have already signed on indicating their support of the bill. It's already passed in the Senate and is on its way to the Texas House so we need more signatures! Key women leaders like former college athletes Riley Gaines and Paula Scanlan have shown support for this legislation.
