Our next public deadline is coming up quickly, and I'll be honest, it looks like we could miss our goal. Let me tell you why we cannot afford to fall short right now:

This will be an extremely close race. After multiple polls showed Steve Bullock leading our opponent, Republican Senator Steve Daines, Mitch McConnell's super PAC booked $10 million in attack ads in Montana.

And now President Donald Trump is tweeting that he'll come to Montana to campaign for Daines.

I know we can win. But with the full weight of Trump and McConnell's corporate donors on the other side, we're relying on grassroots contributions more than ever to respond to these new attack ads. And we're not taking a single dime from corporate PACs.

That's why I'm asking: make an urgent contribution of $10 or more to help us elect Steve Bullock to the U.S. Senate and end Mitch McConnell's Senate majority. Anything you can afford to give will go a long way toward getting Washington back on track:
