I just finished taking a look at the latest polls in our Senate race, which confirmed exactly what we’ve been telling you: Our race is within the margin of error and Democrats can flip this Senate seat if we have the financial resources to defend Cal from Republican attacks.

Thom Tillis ought to be panicked . His approval rating is underwater (even worse than Donald Trump’s).

Despite being outspent by Mitch McConnell’s corporate donor network, polls show Cal is well-liked and the people of North Carolina are ready for a leader who will fight for them.

It gets better: The political pundits believe that whoever wins the North Carolina Senate race will win control of the whole chamber. So, not only could we replace our Republican opponent with a bold leader like Cal — but we can also end McConnell’s majority in Washington. Wouldn’t that be something?
