We won’t mince words: the first 100 days of
Trump’s second term haven’t been easy.

But people across the country are standing up against his attacks on the
working class, and Trump’s fascist agenda has already incurred over 200
lawsuits and obstacles:^1

* Trump’s EPA — led by NY’s very own GOP grifter Lee Zeldin — tried and
failed to cancel $20 billion of Biden-era environmental grants that
had already been sent to nonprofits. A judge has temporarily blocked
the order.^2

* Several of Trump’s fearmongering policies on immigration have been
held up — a New Hampshire court that blocked an order to end
birthright citizenship, and SCOTUS ruled against the administration's
targeting of Venezuelan men.^3

* Trump’s friends who got rich from his corrupt tariff scheme — like
Marjorie Taylor Greene — are being protested by even their most loyal
supporters, who are furious they bought the dip while our seniors and
retirees suffered.

* Those GOP Congressmembers whose districts Alexandria and Bernie
visited on their Fighting Oligarchy Tour have written a letter to
Trump and leadership that they cannot vote for Medicare cuts as they
were directed.

* And according to a poll released Sunday, Trump’s approval rating is at
just 39% — the lowest of any President in their first 100 days since
WWII.^4

Don’t let these people’s bullsh*t get you down. What is so important for
us to understand is that as long as we don’t give up, it’s not over.

They’re relying on us giving up. Hell no.
