That’s right — Elon Musk and X (formerly Twitter) are suing Minnesota over a law that Peggy Flanagan and Tim Walz signed banning “deepfakes” around elections.

These misleading, AI-generated, dangerous videos have no place in our political system, but for Elon Musk, they’re a tool to elect GOP candidates (AKA puppets to do his bidding).

If we want to put Elon Musk’s extremist agenda by the wayside, we need to elect Peggy Flanagan as our next Senator.

Peggy will fight for our democracy in the Senate, standing up for what’s right and fighting back against GOP extremism.

But that means standing up to Musk’s online antics AND his massive campaign spending in support of GOP candidates.
